Kylee Nickico Davenport of Harrisburg is accused of robbing a man of his iPhone while displaying a handgun near York College around 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Apr. 26, according to a release by Spring Garden Township police.
He had last been seen riding a bicycle on Grantley Road heading towards the Rail Trail, and on May 9, a warrant for his arrest was issued.
It appears that he may have had previous juvenile offenses on his record as parole officers helped in locating him. Additionally, Harrisburg International Airport police also assisted in his arrest meaning he was most like arrested near or at HIA.
Davenport has been charged as an adult with the following, according to his court docket:
- F1 Robbery-Threat Immediate Serious Injury
- F2 Robbery-Inflict Threat Immediate Bodily Injury
- F3 Robbery-Take Property From Other/Force
- M1 Theft By Unlaw Taking-Movable Property
- M1 Receiving Stolen Property
- F1 Conspiracy - Robbery-Threat Immediate Serious Injury
His preliminary hearing has been scheduled before Magisterial District Judge Jennifer J.P. Clancy at 9:30 a.m. on May 23, court records show.
